The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting the company’s products and services, generating new business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires strong communication, customer-handling, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through calls, field visits, referrals, and other sales channels.
• Promote and explain company products and services to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve assigned individual monthly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Ensure all customer information and required documents are collected accurately.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager, Team Leader, and relevant departments for smooth processing of customer applications.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer follow-ups.
• Provide regular updates and sales reports to the Team Leader or Sales Manager.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by management.

Who We Are Looking For

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with up to 6 months of sales experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with prior experience in credit card, banking, financial services, telecom, retail, or direct sales will be an advantage.
• Comfortable with a target-driven and commission-based earning structure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, confident, persistent, and comfortable approaching new customers.
• Strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field environment.
• A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow in sales.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
