CFA Salesforce Systems Administrator Summary The Salesforce Systems Administrator will maintain and enhance the CFA Salesforce Sales & Services Cloud instance—a centralized CRM platform used by Commerce Financial Advisors (CFA) to manage client relationships, track tasks and activities, and provides reporting that supports advisor and leadership decision-making. Partnering with CFA leadership and subject matter experts, with guidance and oversight by Commerce Trust Project Team leadership, this role is responsible for managing Salesforce access and security and support daily platform needs. The Administrator will ensure data integrity through cleanup and deduplication, build and modify Salesforce Flows, deliver roadmap projects, and oversee testing. Additional duties include handling ad hoc reporting, integrating third-party tools, and maintaining thorough documentation. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with strong technical and communication skills.
