The Operational Finance Intern will support the Operations Finance team with day-to-day financial operations, gaining hands-on experience in corporate accounting processes while assisting with tasks like data entry and account reconciliations. Responsibilities: - Assist with daily accounting operations, including data entry and account reconciliations - Prepare and maintain financial records, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation - Help review, analyze, and reconcile general ledger accounts - Assist in month-end closing activities - Verify accuracy of financial data and identify discrepancies - Organize and maintain accounting files in compliance with company policies - Assist with fixed assets by gathering requested documentation and schedules - Perform basic analysis of financial data as assigned - Use Excel to track and report financial information - Adhere to confidentiality and internal control procedures - Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to the accounting team - Other duties as assigned by TAS Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled and pursuing an Accounting related degree - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel - Experience working as a member of a team Required Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Financial Reporting, Account Reconciliation, General Ledger Analysis, Month-end Closing, Fixed Assets Documentation
