Residential Installer at Comfort Flow Heating in Springfield, OR

Comfort Flow Heating is looking for an Entry-Level Residential Installer to join our Springfield team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and interested in building a long-term career in the HVAC industry.

The Entry-Level Installer will work alongside experienced installers while receiving hands-on, on-the-job training and opportunities to develop technical skills through classes and continued education. No previous HVAC experience is required.

Desired Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, or out of town when necessary
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills through on-the-job training and classes
• General knowledge of HVAC systems preferred, but not required
• Mechanically inclined with a strong willingness to learn
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must obtain EPA certification within 3 months of hire
