- Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations to support office efficiency and staff productivity
- Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointments for care staff and leadership
- Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases in compliance with in-home care regulations
- Assist with onboarding, HR documentation, and caregiver credentialing processes
- Support billing, payroll coordination, and data entry tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and field staff to ensure seamless care delivery
- Prior experience in an administrative, coordinator, or office support role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in home health care, healthcare administration, or a related field is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
