About the Role:

ComForCare Home Health Care in Arlington, VA is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Male Caregiver to join our growing team on a flexible shift schedule. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client dietary needs
Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

Male applicants preferred to meet specific client care preferences and comfort needs
Prior experience in caregiving, home health, or a related field is a plus
Ability to assist with personal care, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality client-centered care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus or willingness to obtain

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
