Mowing Technician

Full-Time | Starting pay $20.00/hr. (DOE) + performance bonuses + room to grow

What You’ll Be Doing

Operating commercial zero-turn and walk-behind mowers String trimming and detailed edging for a clean, sharp finish Blowing off sidewalks, driveways, and patios Following route schedules efficiently and safely Performing routine equipment checks and basic maintenance Keeping trucks and trailers organized and professional Communicating respectfully with customers when needed Representing the company with pride and professionalism

Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Experience operating lawn equipment is a plus—but not required

Pay & Benefits

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience, starting at $20/hr.

Monthly bonus based on performance (up to an additional $2/hr.).

Annual bonus based on performance (up to an additional $1/hr.). Opportunities for raises and advancement
