Intern - Procurement Analyst (Remote: USA) at Cologix, Inc. in Remote

Summary: Cologix, Inc. is a leading North America network-neutral interconnection and hyperscale edge data center company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. The Procurement Analyst Intern will support sourcing and procurement activities by assisting with RFIs and RFQs, supplier research, and process improvement initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management. Responsibilities: - Assist in analyzing procurement data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities - Support supplier research and evaluation - Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for procurement leadership - Assist with purchase order monitoring, contract documentation, and compliance checks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Construction, Engineering, Operations and Accounting - Maintain and update procurement databases and supplier records - Support process improvement initiatives and procurement best practices - Perform ad hoc analysis and administrative tasks as needed Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas); PowerPoint experience preferred - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications: - Coursework or experience in procurement, supply chain, or data analysis - Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., Netsuite, Coupa) - Basic knowledge of sourcing, contracts, or vendor management Required Skills: Procurement analysis, Data analysis, Microsoft Excel Important Skills: Supplier research, ERP systems Nice-to-Have Skills: Communication skills, Organizational skills, Teamwork
