Job Description
JOB PURPOSE The Head of Marketing and Enrolment APAC leads the integrated marketing and enrolment function for LaSalle College Jakarta (LCJ) and LCI Melbourne (LCIM), driving brand positioning, student recruitment, and sustainable enrolment growth across both campuses. Reporting to the Executive Director APAC, the role oversees marketing, design, admissions, and domestic and international recruitment, with accountability for enrolment targets, budgets, cost per enrolment, and the prospective student experience. The role ensures alignment with LCI Education’s global frameworks, brand standards, and applicable Indonesian and Australian regulations, while fostering cross-campus collaboration and upholding the organisation’s values and quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Integrated Marketing and Enrolment Strategy : Develop and own the APAC marketing and enrolment strategy for LCJ and LCIM, aligned with the LCJ Strategic Plan 2025–2030, the LCI Melbourne Strategic Plan 2025–2030 and LCI Education's global brand and enrolment frameworks. Translate strategy into annual plans, intake-by-intake targets and campaign calendars for each campus. Enrolment Performance, Data and CRM: Own enrolment targets and the full conversion funnel (enquiry, application, offer, acceptance, enrolment and census) for both campuses. Deliver the LCJ Strategic Plan indicators of lead generation growth of at least 10% and recruitment growth of at least 20% year over year, and the targets set in LCI Melbourne's Marketing and Enrolment Strategic Plan. Own CRM discipline, funnel reporting and forecasting, and ensure enrolment forecasts are realistic, evidence-based and transparent in method. Domestic and International Recruitment: Lead recruitment for both campuses across domestic and international markets. For LCIM, build the domestic pipeline (including Victorian school engagement) and rebuild international recruitment, focusing on Southeast Asian markets where visa outcomes are strongest while identifying new and emerging source markets. For LCJ, build the national pipeline and grow international recruitment across the Asia-Pacific region, positioning Jakarta as a study destination in its own right or as a pathway to Melbourne. Develop pathway recruitment between the campuses (LCJ diploma into the LCIM Bachelor, and the LCIM online diplomas), school, industry and alumni partnerships, and ensure LCJ and LCIM complement rather than compete with each other. Education Agent Management: Explicitly own the education agent and representative relationships for both campuses: selection and due diligence, contracting, briefing and training, commission governance, and performance review. Monitor applicant quality and visa outcomes by market and agent, and act on poor performance or non-compliance. Brand, Marketing and Design Leadership: Direct brand positioning, integrated campaigns, digital and social, content, events and creative output across both campuses, consistent with LCI Education's global brand standards and adapted to each market. Lead the Marketing Manager and the Indonesian design team that supports both campuses. Plan and deliver open days, portfolio days, exhibitions and graduate showcases with the Campus Director and academic leadership. Admissions Operations and Applicant Experience: Oversee admissions in Jakarta and Melbourne, ensuring fair, timely and consistent handling of enquiries, applications and offers against published entry requirements and credit and recognition policies. Set service standards, lift conversion, and improve the applicant journey through to orientation, working closely with the Directors of Studies. Budget and Commercial Management: Prepare and manage marketing, admissions and recruitment budgets for both campuses with the LCJ Finance Manager and LCIM finance team. Manage cost per enrolment, return on marketing investment, agent commissions, and scholarships or discounting within approved frameworks. Regulatory Compliance and Ethical Recruitment: Ensure marketing, admissions and recruitment meet the requirements of each campus: for LCIM, the TEQSA Higher Education Standards Framework, the ESOS Act 2000, the National Code 2018, Australian Consumer Law and privacy law; for LCJ, BAN-PT (IAPS 5.0), Kemendiktisaintek/DIKTI requirements and Indonesian personal data protection law. Ensure claims are accurate and substantiated, that online and pathway offerings are described correctly, and that no material suggests a visa, migration or work-rights outcome can be secured. Governance and Reporting: Provide monthly performance reporting to the Executive Director APAC. Prepare and present quarterly reports to the Board of Directors of LCI Melbourne and quarterly reports to the Executive Committee of LCJ (the Marketing and Admissions Report). Report to the Chief Marketing Officer and Global Director of Enrolment as required by LCI Education. Serve as a member of the LCJ Executive Committee. Team Leadership and Capability: Lead, develop and hold to account the marketing, admissions and design teams across Jakarta and Melbourne, with clear structures, KPIs, performance reviews and succession plans. Partner with the Talent & Culture Business Partner and LCIM HR on recruitment, onboarding and development, and build one collaborative team across two campuses and time zones.

Ten or more years of progressive experience in marketing, enrolment, admissions or business development, including at least five years leading multi-disciplinary teams; higher education or creative education experience strongly preferred.
