Job Description
Summary: Cohesity is the leader in AI-powered data security, serving over 13,600 enterprise customers globally. As a Software Engineering Intern, you will work closely with a mentor and engineering team to tackle complex challenges in distributed systems technology and contribute to building impactful product features.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside your mentor and your team to build product features and solve real problems at massive scale
- Be exposed to cutting edge technologies in distributed systems and hyper-converged systems space
- Deliver impact while deepening your technical skills
Required Qualifications:
- You are competent in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Systems Design
- You have familiarity and proficiency in backend development: OOP, distributed or parallel systems, Unix/Linux environments, machine learning, asynchronous programming, networking, security, and/or software development
- You have a passion for in any: C++, Java, GoLang, Python
- You enjoy solving puzzles and possess critical thinking abilities
- You are actively pursuing BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related engineering field at accredited university
- Must be enrolled in a program of study before and after your internship
