Job Description
Summary: Cohesity is a leader in AI-powered data security, serving a vast clientele including Fortune 100 companies. The Sales Enablement Intern will assist in designing and improving AI-driven tools to enhance seller productivity and ensure effective communication in customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in testing, refining, and improving Copilot‑based enablement agents (e.g., Ask Sales–style agents) to ensure outputs are accurate, concise, and field‑safe
- Help draft and refine agent instructions, prompt patterns, and guardrails that produce consistent, customer‑appropriate outputs aligned to enablement goals
- Partner with Enablement stakeholders to identify high‑value AI use cases (e.g., competitive prep, discovery questions, enablement content discovery, proof‑of‑value framing)
- Analyze usage patterns, qualitative feedback, and common failure modes to recommend improvements that increase trust and adoption of AI tools in the field
- Support how AI tools are introduced through enablement channels (e.g., enablement sessions, short demos, or quick‑start guidance) so sellers understand when and how to use them effectively
- Help document AI usage guidelines, examples, and “what good looks like” patterns that scale AI adoption responsibly across the field
- Test and refine an enablement Copilot agent to improve brevity, clarity, and customer‑safe summaries for sales conversations
- Create a small library of high‑impact prompts aligned to common seller workflows (competitive prep, discovery, recap, follow‑up)
- Analyze AI agent usage trends and summarize what sellers use most, where they struggle, and what to improve next
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field with a graduation date NO earlier than Dec 2026
- Strong interest in applied AI, generative AI, and agent‑based workflows (experience through coursework or projects is sufficient)
- Ability to think critically about output quality, trust, and usability, not just technical capability
- Strong written communication skills and comfort explaining AI concepts to non‑technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar enterprise AI tools
- Experience with prompt engineering, conversational design, or AI UX patterns
- Interest in sales, enablement, or go‑to‑market workflows in enterprise software
- Basic understanding of data governance, access control, or responsible AI concepts
