The role involves investigating supply chain issues, recommending process enhancements, and collaborating with teams to improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities: - Investigate supply chain support tickets and recurring system/process issues to identify root causes and help develop sustainable solutions - Review existing supply chain business processes and Oracle system usage to recommend enhancements that prevent repeat issues, improve user efficiency, and reduce operational overhead - Assist in designing, testing, and documenting process or system improvements in partnership with Oracle IT support and business teams - Collaborate with end users and functional teams to collect requirements, analyze data, validate solutions, and support issue resolution - Create and maintain reports, trackers, process documents, and analysis summaries using Oracle applications, Excel, and other reporting or ticket management tools - Deliver a final internship presentation and report highlighting key findings, implemented improvements, and recommendations for future process optimization Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's / Masters in a relevant field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently when needed - Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills - Analytical mindset with good problem-solving ability Preferred Qualifications: - Relevant coursework or extracurricular experience in Information Technology / Supply Chain is a plus - Open to currently enrolled students or those who have graduated within one year of the internship start date Required Skills: Oracle applications Important Skills: Excel Nice-to-Have Skills: Analytical mindset
