Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional/Techno-Functional Consultants with strong hands-on implementation experience in Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion.

Key Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation
• Must have expertise in Payroll, Benefits and Absence
• Good knowledge of Core HR and Recruitment (ORC)
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion configuration and support
• Good understanding of reports, interfaces, data conversion and application extensions
• Experience in preparing requirements, test scripts, validation and supporting UAT
• Ability to work with Oracle SRs and drive issues to resolution
• Good client-facing, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• PeopleSoft implementation experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion solutions based on client requirements
• Resolve Payroll and HR functional queries and support production issues
• Prepare functional requirements and configuration documentation
• Support testing, validation, UAT and data conversion activities
• Coordinate with technical teams for reports, interfaces and extensions
• Manage Oracle SRs and provide regular project status updates
• Work effectively with offshore/global delivery teams and clients
