Online Mentors - Coding (Teacher) at Codeyoung in Bengaluru, Karnataka

We are actively hiring passionate Online Mentors to teach Coding (Web Development, Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Game Development, Scratch, MIT App Inventor) to students based in the United States and other 10+ international countries.

Mentors will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective online sessions for 5 hours daily between 3:30 AM – 8:30 AM IST (US shift timings).

Key Responsibilities

● Deliver high-quality, interactive, and engaging online classes to students in the US. ● Teach subjects in a way that is not only informative but also creative and transformative.

● Simplify complex concepts to make learning fun, interactive, and easy to understand.

● Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and ensure consistent improvement. ● Encourage problem-solving, curiosity, and critical thinking among students.

● Use innovative teaching methods, tools, and real-life examples to enhance the learning experience. Requirements

● Education: Completed graduation or higher education in relevant fields. (Students currently pursuing their graduation are not eligible.)

● Experience: Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.

● Skills: ○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

○ Ability to connect with students and explain concepts clearly.

○ Creative teaching style with a passion for transforming education.

○ Strong problem-solving abilities.

● Comfortable working in the US time zone (03:30 AM – 08:30 AM IST).
