The Robotics Assistant role offers hands-on experience in testing and troubleshooting robotic components while collaborating with engineers in a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities: - Get hands-on experience helping test and troubleshoot robotic components in our lab - Learn from engineers across software test, mechanical, electrical, and related disciplines - Contribute to data collection and analysis during software and hardware testing Required Qualifications: - Must be 18 years of age or older - Demonstrated interest in robotics and engineering through school, personal projects, clubs (FIRST, VEX, Science Olympiad, etc.), or hobby work - Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate with others - Highly motivated teammate with excellent oral and written communication skills - Enjoy working in a fast paced, collaborative and dynamic start-up environment as part of a small team - Must be able to work onsite in Santa Clara, CA, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours per week) - Must have reliable transportation to the Santa Clara, CA office onsite - Must have and maintain US work authorization Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in robotics or engineering through school projects, personal builds, or clubs like FIRST, VEX, or Science Olympiad - Software engineering classwork completed Required Skills: Robotics Important Skills: Software engineering, Data collection Benefits: Healthcare benefits, Paid sick leave
