Deli Clerk at Coborn's, Inc. in Morrison, IL

Summary: Coborn’s, Inc. is a fast-growing, employee-owned grocery retailer serving communities across the Midwest through grocery stores and other retail businesses. The part-time Deli Clerk will provide friendly customer service while preparing, packaging, stocking, and merchandising deli products, following food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for our guests
- Prepare and dish up salads
- Serve food to guests through the hot case (as applicable at location)
- Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked with merchandise and visually appealing
- Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products to be merchandised and sold in the store
- Follow food safety guidelines and all health, safety and sanitation regulations
- Dish washing
- Mixing ingredients
- Assembling catering orders
- Baking/frying products

Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older

Required Skills: Food Safety, Meat and Cheese Slicing, Food Preparation, Catering Order Assembly
