Life at CNS Media

Join the award-winning team at CNS Media Ltd, where creativity, collaboration and results drive everything we do. As we continue to grow across our Chesterfield, Manchester and Birmingham offices, we’re looking for a Client Success Executive to take ownership of the day-to-day running of a portfolio of client accounts and to support our sales activity, based in our Birmingham office.

We work with national and regional brands across multiple sectors and are proud to be recognised as a Campaign Best Places to Work 2024 winner, as well as award-winners at The Drum Awards, UK Agency Awards and Global Agency Awards.

If you want to be part of a friendly, ambitious and supportive agency, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As Client Success Executive, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of private and public sector client accounts, acting as their first point of contact across both traditional channels (TV, Radio, Out of Home and Press) and digital (paid social, PPC and SEO). You will work closely with our Senior Client Success Manager and internal Media, Creative and Digital teams to deliver campaigns accurately and on time.

You will also play a supporting sales role, picking up leads, understanding each prospect’s objectives and recommending the right channel mix. There are no individual sales targets. Your work contributes to the Birmingham office’s collective targets and the company-wide EOT bonus that everyone shares in.

This is a role for someone who enjoys building client relationships, thrives on structure and wants to grow a career across the full media landscape.
