Summary: CMI Media Group is seeking an HR Intern to join their dynamic People Team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including employee engagement, compliance, and onboarding new talent. Responsibilities: - Champion Employee Engagement: Help us brainstorm and implement creative initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment - Ensure Compliance: Dive into the world of employment law, conducting research and debarment checks to keep us ahead of the curve - Shape the Future of HR: Research cutting-edge HRIS systems and employee engagement strategies, and present your recommendations to the team - Streamline HR Processes: Manage applicant tracking, post job openings, analyze personality assessments, and track employee feedback to optimize our HR workflows - Onboard New Talent: Assist with new hire orientations and team-building activities, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience - Maintain Employee Data: Update internal systems with new hire information, promotions, and other key employee data, contributing to accurate record-keeping Required Qualifications: - A passion for people and a genuine interest in HR - Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - A proactive and results-oriented approach Required Skills: Employment Law Research, Debarment Checks, HRIS Systems, Applicant Tracking, Personality Assessments, Employee Data Management, Microsoft Office
