Job Description
Summary: CLSA is a financial services company, and they are seeking a Corporate Access Associate Temp to coordinate analyst and corporate roadshows and other corporate access events. The role involves managing event logistics, liaising with corporates and sales, and developing relationships within the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Sales, Analysts, Corporate Access counterparts and corporates in coordinating analyst and corporate roadshows, expert meetings, access days, forums and other corporate access events
- Liaise with Corporates, Sales, and Investors on bespoke requests, i.e. trips, one to one calls / meetings, expert meetings etc
- Plan with Sales and Research for group tour and access days pipeline
- Specific responsibility for the overall management of Corporate Access events including:
- Booking travel, accommodations and ground transportation
- Ensuring that necessary materials / equipment is available
- Arranging event diaries in liaison with Analysts, Corporates and Investors
- Entering details into relevant management information systems
- Managing event activities
- Shepherding Corporates or Analysts
- Validating invoices
- Manage the corporate invitation to our flagship conferences, especially Investor Forum in Q3 each year
- Handle analyst invitations to calls/marketing roadshows
- Develop relationships with companies for corporate pitching, working closely with Research where required
- Develop relationships with Sales, Analysts and Corporate Access teams across regions
- Production and participation of regular management reporting and meetings
- Assisting with travel expense submissions for sales and sales trading teams
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of related experience with buy/sell side, investor relations in a listed company
- Relevant experience working with corporate management and IR
- Strong IT skills, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mandarin Chinese or Japanese language fluency will be considered a plus
