Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Monitor application health and system performance.
- Investigate and resolve application issues and incidents.
- Provide L1/L2/L3 application support based on role.
- Analyze logs and identify root causes of issues.
- Execute SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with developers to resolve defects.
- Perform application deployments and release support.
- Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
- Manage tickets using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
- Meet SLA targets for incident resolution and service requests.
- Support production, UAT, and staging environments.
- Participate in on-call or shift support if required.
