Job Description
About Clouted
Clouted is the AI engine for viral marketing - generating hundreds of millions of views monthly across entertainment, music, gaming, and consumer brands. In a world where every brand has become a publisher and organic reach has become the highest-signal growth channel, Clouted provides the infrastructure to make distribution repeatable and measurable. Our platform ingests a brand's strategy, content library, and digital presence to generate campaign goals, success metrics, and a tailored launch plan - turning content into cultural moments at scale.
About The Role
We are hiring a Founding Creator Strategy & Partnerships Manager to own how Clouted sources, signs, and scales the creators behind our campaigns. This is an early, high-ownership role: you'll build and manage our creator and influencer network, design the partnership strategy that powers client campaigns, and be the person creators trust to bring them the right opportunities.
You'll work directly with the founding team and across client accounts — turning a campaign brief into the right roster of creators, the right terms, and the right relationships to make it perform. This is for someone who has lived in creator partnerships and influencer management, thinks in both relationships and systems, and wants to build a function from the ground up.
What You'll Own
Creator Partnerships & Sourcing: build and grow Clouted's roster of creators, clippers, and influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube; source and vet the right talent for each campaign; and negotiate deliverables, rates, and terms.
Influencer & Creator Relationship Management: own creator relationships end-to-end — outreach, onboarding, briefing, delivery, and retention — and keep creators coming back with strong, well-fit opportunities.
Creator Strategy & Campaign Design: translate client goals into concrete creator and distribution strategies across clipping, UGC, managed pages, and paid, and partner with account strategy and ops to keep execution on-plan.
Building the Function: stand up the systems, playbooks, and pipelines that make creator sourcing and management repeatable and scalable, and set the standards for how Clouted works with creators as the network grows.
What Success Looks Like
Clouted has a deep, reliable roster of creators we can activate quickly for any campaign.
Creators see Clouted as a top partner and choose to work with us repeatedly.
Campaigns are staffed with the right creators and consistently hit or exceed reach and performance targets.
Creator sourcing and management run on systems, not one-off scrambles.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You…
Have a strong background in creator partnerships, influencer management, and creator strategy.
Have an existing network of creators/influencers and know how to build one from scratch.
Move fluidly between relationship-building and strategic, data-informed campaign planning.
Are an excellent communicator and negotiator who creators and clients both trust.
Have deep fluency in short-form, the creator economy, and platform dynamics.
Want the ownership and pace of a founding-team role.
Requirements
3–5 years in creator partnerships, influencer management, talent/creator strategy, or a closely related role.
Proven track record sourcing creators and running influencer/creator campaigns that drove measurable results.
Strong existing relationships across the creator/influencer landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Experience in music, gaming, or entertainment is strongly preferred.
What We Offer
Unlimited PTO
Founding-level equity and real ownership of the creator function
Work with top-tier clients across music, gaming, and entertainment
Fast-moving environment with real ownership and growth opportunities
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options
