Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance applications using SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Configure and support SAP PM modules (maintenance orders, notifications, equipment, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and delivery
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of application issues
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA
• Work in Agile environment and contribute to continuous improvements

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
• Strong understanding of PM processes (maintenance planning, execution, asset management)
• Experience in SAP configuration and support
• Good knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to work from office
