Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Security Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud Security, Risk Management Cloud (RMC), and SOX-compliant security design. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing scalable security solutions across Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and GRC environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, SOX-compliant Oracle Cloud security solutions.
  
• Configure and customize Oracle Risk Management Cloud (AAC, AFC, FRC).
  
• Manage user and role provisioning, security profiles, and HDL data loads.
  
• Conduct security assessments, patch impact analysis, and regression testing.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders across security, functional, and development teams.
  
• Support compliance initiatives including SOX, SOD, and access controls.
  
• Secure BI reports, OTBI, and data models across ERP and HCM modules.
  
• Document design workshops and participate in onsite/offshore delivery models.
  

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM Security.
  
• Strong understanding of role-based access control, security consoles, and Oracle application security.
  
• Experience with HDL, OTBI, custom role creation, and data roles.
  
• Knowledge of SOX, SOD, and risk management best practices.
  
• Familiarity with SDLC processes, security patching, and audit support.
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle RMC, including AAC, AFC, FRC modules.
  
• Prior consulting or Big 4 experience is a plus.
  
• Security certifications: CISA, CISSP, CISM (preferred).
  
• Scripting/automation knowledge: Python, C#, VBA.
  
• PL/SQL for troubleshooting and analysis.
