We are seeking a Technology Architect with 10+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP. This role involves designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions to enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable technology solutions using AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP to enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions within existing systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Oversee the end-to-end solution delivery process ensuring timely and successful project completion.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
• Optimize system performance by identifying and resolving technical issues proactively.
• Conduct regular assessments of technology architecture to ensure alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs and implementation processes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in AEP technologies.
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations in all technology implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technology initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Offer decisioning module within AJO. Capabilities around Premium Discount is must
• Possess a strong background in AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP with proven implementation experience.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in program management is a plus providing a holistic view of project execution.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.
