Job Description
Summary: CloudTen is a residential brand that manages and operates multifamily properties throughout the West. As a Front Desk Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable stay for every guest, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel
- Answering phone calls and assisting guests with inquiries
- Making reservations and handling bookings
- Providing information about hotel services and amenities
- Handling guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring the front desk area is clean and organized
- Assisting with luggage and transportation arrangements
- Maintaining guest confidentiality and security
- Working closely with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Assists in the handling of guest service requests and various concerns as required
- Conducts follow-up activity as needed with new and current guests to establish and maintain positive guest relations
- Ensure that guests are provided with a clean, safe, well-maintained community
- Ensures security deposit dispositions are prepared in a consistent manner immediately after move-out, time being of the essence
- Maintain high standards of guest services and relations
- Ensure that maintenance requests are handled as quickly, efficiently and effectively as possible and always within 24 hours. If parts must be ordered, causing a delay, guests should be notified in a timely manner. If the work order is not resolved within 48 hours, the regional manager should be notified
- Represent the company and the community you manage in a professional manner. Maintain a positive businesslike attitude in person and on the telephone and neat, clean, professional dress and grooming appropriate for greeting the public
- Adhere to Fair Housing Policy, ADA, Injury and Illness Prevention Policy and Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Policy
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent /college degree or related coursework; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient at Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Minimum of 1 year experience working on a PC
- Top notch communication skills, both verbal and written
