Job Description
Summary: Cloudflare is on a mission to help build a better Internet, and they are seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join their Revenue Operations team. The intern will transform complex business data into actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making and contributing to operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Aggregate data from multiple program sources (e.g., Sales Enablement, GTM systems) to provide a "big picture" view of organizational performance
- Monitor shifts in business data to proactively identify areas of excellence or needed intervention within our Go-to-Market (GTM) functions
- Draft high-level summaries and "Executive Highlights" based on program completion rates, system adoption data, and historical benchmarks
- Transform complex datasets into intuitive dashboards or slide decks that clearly communicate business impact to stakeholders using tools like Tableau or PowerBI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business questions and translate them into analytical solutions
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely and accurate insights into GTM performance and business operations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection, analysis, and process optimization across the Revenue Operations tech stack
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning new tools and methodologies
- Available for a full-time 12-week internship, working from our Austin office 3-5 days a week during the summer (May-Aug)
