Business Process Analyst at CLIQHR Recruitment Services in Remote

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to support RPA initiatives using Python and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business process requirements.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Create process maps and detailed process documentation for RPA development.
• Support automation initiatives using Python and RPA tools.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for automation projects.
• Test and validate automated solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Manage multiple initiatives, priorities, and project timelines.
• Communicate process insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process analysis, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management and requirement gathering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with RPA tools and process automation.
• Proficiency in Python.

Nice to Have

• Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with Celonis or other process mining tools.
• Knowledge of task mining and process simulation.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere or other RPA automation platforms.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
