ABOUT THE ROLE This is a high-ownership, generalist operator seat working directly alongside the founding team of a fast-growing AI startup reshaping how top talent connects with leading companies. You'll work across product, growth, operations, and partnerships — tackling whatever moves the company forward fastest. It's a true 0→1 role for someone who wants to build, not just support. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead founder-priority projects spanning new market initiatives, strategy, and execution. - Own the candidate experience and funnel — improving conversion, quality, and outcomes at scale. - Design and implement scalable operational processes to keep pace with rapid growth. - Support go-to-market efforts including messaging experiments and key partnerships. - Translate real-world user and customer needs into actionable product feedback and priorities. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 2–6 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as consulting, operations, growth, or early-stage startups. - Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes end-to-end in ambiguous, fast-moving settings. - Sharp, structured thinker who operates with speed and high standards. - Comfortable owning complex workflows across multiple functions simultaneously. - Genuinely motivated by building — not just contributing — with a long-term interest in founding or leading a company. - Visa sponsorship is available.
