Operations Intern (Summer 2026) at CLEAResult in Albuquerque, NM

Summary: CLEAResult is committed to leading the transition to a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy-efficient future. The Operations Intern will support the execution and improvement of an energy efficiency program, engaging in data tracking, process coordination, and operational analysis to ensure program efficiency and performance goals are met. Responsibilities: - Support daily operational activities for an energy efficiency program, including tracking workflows, deliverables, and program milestones - Assist with data collection, validation, and analysis related to program participation, performance, and outcomes - Maintain and update operational tools, trackers, and documentation used by program teams and external partners - Support reporting efforts by preparing summaries, dashboards, and basic analysis for internal stakeholders - Assist with process improvement initiatives by documenting current‑state processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency or standardization - Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow‑ups to support cross‑functional collaboration between operations, program management, and analytics teams - Provide general project support to ensure program requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met Required Qualifications: - Active enrollment as a 3rd or 4th year pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date no earlier than May/June 2026 - Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer (Early June through early August) - Based in the Albuquerque Metro Area - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience using Microsoft Office products Required Skills: Data analysis, Process improvement Important Skills: Microsoft Office Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) with company match, Paid vacation, sick, personal and parental leave time, Paid Volunteer Time: giving back to our communities is important to us, Employee Recognition Program – convert your recognition points into gift cards, Employee Assistance Program – offers benefits to help you manage daily responsibilities, Access to on-demand training courses to advance further in your career
