The job responsibilities include the following:

• Act as a local, on-site program and company representative to build trust with customers while partnering with contractors to drive program participation
• Travel throughout Chelan PUD territory, up to 70% of the time
• Perform data entry, develop detailed home energy assessment reports, and create a scope of work for each home with installation recommendations, with particular attention to HVAC systems
• Support contractor walkthroughs and bidding by providing assessment reports that reflect audit findings
• Conduct post-installation inspections for quality and adherence to program compliance
• Support customer and contractor communications via email and phone for follow-ups and next steps when not in the field
• Assist with other administrative program tasks when not in the field

For this exciting career opportunity, we are looking for a candidate that:

• Valid driver's license, with the ability to operate a personal or company-provided vehicle throughout the Chelan PUD territory
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
• BPI certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification

• Background in customer service, with sensitivity and compassion for working with underserved and vulnerable populations
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, tight areas, and at heights
