Mechanical Maintenance :

1. Responsible for handling all major plant breakdowns.

2. Responsible for planning preventive maintenance work schedule to be carried out by the plant maintenance engineers.

3. Responsible for installation of all new equipment and carrying out any new major modification work.

4. Responsible for monitoring various Utility functions.

5. Monitoring respective preventing maintenance activities.

6. Completing corrective and preventive actions plans.

7. To check and control over materials related to concerned maintenance work.

Electrical Maintenance :

Operation & maintenance of 33KV/415V electrical substation equipments VCB &ACB, Transformer & D.G, UPS system.

Carry out maintenance of all electrical equipment’s in assigned unit.

Responsible for implementing & following work permit system.
