Community Sales Manager
Location: Remote (Must Be Partially On-site During Training Period)
Position Type: Full Time
Pay: 45,000 - 80,000/year (Salary + High Commission Earning Potential)

This position is far from low-impact, as it will allow you to immediately influence the financial success of each of our locations throughout the United States. You will be leading a team that receives calls, collects guest feedback through surveys and social media, works with general managers to improve the guest experience, and interacts with the community to bring in more bookings from schools, businesses, and groups. You will be the face of our brands in the various communities we serve!
Requirements
What You'll Do:Answer incoming calls, chats, messages, and reviews
Call prior guests to rebook
Engage other organizations (business, churches, schools, etc) to educate on our offerings
Convert other organizations to reserve parties and events with us
Manage member communications and feedback collection
Manage guest communications and feedback collection
Manage event coordination and execution, including planning and confirming with guests
Manage accounts receivable related to parties and events
Manage donations (monetary and in kind) and community support
Coordinate and execute community engagement events and appearances
Manage a team of part-time assistants
Process event payments (initial and final)
Benefits
Pay: $45,000 - $80,000+
*This pay varies greatly, since you will have a very high earning potential based on booking commissions. You will have a base salary along with a commission structure.
