Manager, Data Analytics Location: IND - Bangalore (DRG) The Manager, Data Analytics leads a team of analysts to deliver high-quality data insights that drive business performance. This role partners with business stakeholders to understand data needs, oversees analytics processes, and ensures delivery of accurate, actionable reporting and dashboards. The role also drives strategic analytics initiatives and builds capabilities aligned with organizational goals. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 7+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related domains Strong expertise in data modeling, statistics, and trend analysis Experience designing and delivering BI solutions, dashboards, and reporting frameworks Proven experience working with data warehouses, data marts, and enterprise reporting tools Demonstrated ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate data into actionable insights Strong people management experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams It would be great if you also had… Experience building analytics roadmaps aligned to business strategy Exposure to cross-functional project leadership Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Awareness of industry trends and best practices in analytics and BI What will you be doing in this role?
