1. Collect, review, and segregate engineering drawings for outsourcing and in-house manufacturing in line with project planning and production schedules.2. Study engineering drawings and prepare item-wise lists for machining components, Bought-Out Items (BOI), and hardware requirements.3. Identify raw material (RM) requirements, verify material indents, and segregate materials according to outsourcing project plans.4. Coordinate and follow up with the Purchase, Stores, Outsourcing, and Production departments to ensure timely movement and availability of raw materials.5. Follow up on project-specific paint specifications and raise procurement requests to ensure timely availability of required paint materials.6. Verify outsourcing vendors' bills and certify raw material reconciliation to ensure billing accuracy and material accountability.7. Coordinate spare projects with the After sales, Purchase, Production, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely execution and delivery.
