This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of wealth advisory investments and billing/reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and quality in client-facing reports and providing high-quality service for clients. Responsibilities: - Support operational needs of Wealth Advisors regarding the investment platform - Set up new client accounts in the portfolio accounting system and ancillary systems, including creation and maintenance of billing & reporting groups - Assist in billing processes, reconciliation, and ensuring accuracy in client fees - Create and maintain client dashboards - Coordinate private investment account activity between vendors and clients - Perform regular data integrity checks within the portfolio accounting system - Produce quarterly investment reports for clients for delivery on dashboards - Maintain accuracy of assigned advisors - Process off-boarding of former client accounts - Provide high-quality service impacting prospective/existing clients and co-workers through timely, courteous, respectful, and helpful communication - Assist in special projects related to brokerage, billing, and investment advisory as needed Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree is required.
