About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, execution-focused intern to support our Digital Operations team handling campaign delivery, monitoring, and reporting across marketing channels, and CL EasyApply. Suited for candidates who enjoy data, processes, and product platforms over client-facing work.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution 50%
Execute and schedule campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notifications. Configure audience lists, perform quality checks, monitor delivery, troubleshoot issues, and maintain execution logs.
Operations & Reporting 40%
Prepare dashboards and campaign reports. Track delivery, open, click, and engagement metrics. Manage data uploads, audience segmentation, and database validation. Support process automation and internal reporting.
Internal Coordination 10%
Gather campaign requirements, share status updates, coordinate approvals, and participate in review meetings.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of digital marketing channels
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Process-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, Email/WhatsApp/SMS platforms added advantage
Qualifications & Traits
- Graduate or pursuing degree in Marketing, BBA, BCA, IT, Data Analytics, or AI/ML
- Freshers and recent graduates welcome
