They are seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Rep who will be the main point of contact for customers, manage shipments, and ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities: - Customer Communication – Be the friendly, go-to expert for both internal and external customers, ensuring top-notch service and smooth operations - Schedule & Organize – Keep things moving! Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate carrier appointments, and keep schedules on track - Paperwork Perfection – Process orders, Bills of Lading, and verify documentation with accuracy—because details matter! - Dock & Yard Coordination – Keep the flow efficient! Assign dock doors, track trailers, and maintain key reports to ensure everything runs smoothly - Team Player – Work closely with shift leads and jump in to support shipping and receiving when needed—teamwork makes the dream work! Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED required - Bi-lingual proficiency in Korean and English required - Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ready to learn warehouse management systems (WMS) Preferred Qualifications: - Shipping & receiving experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is even better!
