Summary: Citi is a leading global bank, and they are seeking a Bilingual Collections Specialist to perform moderately complex assignments and provide administrative expertise. The role involves negotiating with clients, coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities: - Uses advanced negotiation skills to resolve escalated calls - Coaches/trains lower level Collectors and new team members - Prioritizes workflow to help identify process improvements - Interprets procedures/instructions by choosing among alternatives to resolve problems - Works under limited supervision.
