Your Impact
As a Logistics Operations Manager for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, you will be instrumental in orchestrating the seamless flow of products and services across 110 countries. You will directly oversee alllogisticsoperations, including warehouses, tradelanes,customsbrokerageand transportation, with depots strategicallylocatedin 71 countries. This pivotal role involves leading vendor operational performance and relationships, driving cost optimization, and championing operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead comprehensive supply chain services, encompassing inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, product shipment and transport, and third-party warehousing management.
Driveoperationalperformance and inventory management with Third Party Logistics (3PL) providers and Carriers, ensuring critical metrics and Service Level Agreement (SLA) attainment.
Spearhead the implementation and support of strategic projects and initiatives focused on process improvement and cost optimization across the EMEA region.
Establish and cultivate robust vendor operational partnerships, including performance management, feedback solicitation, and effective communication.
Provide decisive leadership during operational changes, ensuring strict compliance with security and regulatory standards, particularly during audits.
Exercise financial oversight by managing budgets, conducting in-depth cost analysis, andidentifyinginnovative, efficient solutions.
Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams to proactively address and resolve customer delivery concerns throughout the vast EMEA territory.
Develop andmaintaina sophisticated trade management infrastructure to robustly support all servicelogisticsoperations.
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in diverselogisticsroles.
A minimum of 7 years of general business experience.
Demonstrated experience in global, cross-functional collaboration.
DemonstratedExperience withlogisticssoftware and systems.
Proventrack recordin Logistics Partner Management.
Professionalproficiencyin English
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certification is highly preferred.
AI literacyand experience with AI Tool Prompting.
Experience with AI-drivenlogisticssolutions.
Demonstratedexpertisein Change Management principles and application.
Strong capabilities in Client Management and relationship building.
Foundational knowledge of Project Management methodologiesand/or Quality programs.
Familiarity with Cisco Services operations is considered an advantage.
