Your Impact
As an Account Executive, you will lead end-to-end sales cycles of moderate to high complexity, driving business growth across the Iraq market covering all sectors (public and private).
You will:
Own and execute the Iraq territory strategy, identifying and developing opportunities across multiple industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, across Iraqi accounts.
Position Cisco’s full portfolio to deliver measurable business value and long-term customer success.
Develop and execute account plans, manage pipelines, and close strategic deals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, partners, services) to deliver successful outcomes.
Travel regularly to Iraq to engage customers, develop opportunities, and strengthen market presence.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience leading end-to-end sales cycles of moderate to high complexity.
Demonstrated ability to develop and grow accounts within a defined territory.
Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Strong track record in negotiating deals and delivering value-based solutions.
Experience in account planning and pipeline management (e.g., Salesforce).
Fluency in English and Arabic with strong communication skills.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently to Iraq.
The role is based in Jordan. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Jordan, regardless of current location.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong experience in the Iraqi market (highly preferred and critical for success in this role).
Understanding of Iraq’s key sectors, customer landscape, and business environment.
Proven ability to navigate complex and evolving markets.
Consultative selling approach with strong relationship-building skills.
Experience working with partners and indirect sales models.
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical mindset to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategy.
