Location: Espoo, Finland
Meet The Team
Within the Cisco team, you will be part of the Finland and Baltics sales organization, reporting directly to the Country Manager. You will also be a member of a broader pre-sales team, where you will collaborate daily with subject matter experts across multiple business units.

Your Impact
We are looking for individual who oversee our public territory with the vision how to drive it forward for the coming years. This person will work closely with the Account Executives, alongside Defence-sector customers driving and developing our business further.
Builds and sustains strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Collaborates with customers to understand their business goals, identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell additional solutions, and create demand based on what's possible in customer roadmaps.
Serves as the Account Orchestrator, aligning and integrating solutions with customer needs, driving sustainable cross-portfolio growth through coordination and competitive deal packing.
Typically serves multiple domains or product areas across a portfolio or set of accounts.
Maintains a comprehensive understanding of Cisco’s full product portfolio to articulate Cisco's overall product strategy and how it is differentiated in the market in response to customer outcomes.
Has a deep focus on core networking technologies including switching, wireless, and routing.
Engages specialist teams to enhance the sales process, particularly in areas where deep technical expertise is required.
Builds the sales funnel through good opportunity prospecting and drives opportunities through to sales completion to achieve revenue goals.
Analyses data and creates forecasts to set weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales commitments.
Stays informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
Account customer profile will be highly confidential customer in defence sector.
We are looking for a person who already have experience in this segment or who might have required sertifications available for the customer.
Focus on sales will be Network- Security, but as Portfolio seller you will be responsible for leveraging Cisco technology.
Job will be based in Finland and requires onsite work with the customer.
Minimum Qualifications
•Minimum of 10 years of sales experience specifically within networking and security solutions.
•Proven track record in the public or defense sector, including experience navigating complex procurement cycles and RFP processes.
•Professional proficiency in Finnish and English
