Responsibilities:
- Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available
- Stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash
- Field customer inquiries
- Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel
- Upkeep the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills including active listening
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Ability to anticipate customer needs
- Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers
- Ability to work as a team
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude

Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service and some sales experience preferred
