Summary: Cima Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Lead Engagement Advisor to support prospective residents and families exploring senior living options. In this role, you will answer inbound inquiries, provide information about the communities, qualify leads, and schedule on-site tours with the sales teams.
