About the Role
You will manage a portfolio of SME clients, focusing on retaining and growing relationships while delivering consistent, high-quality service. In a fast-paced and evolving environment, you will act as a key point of contact for clients and brokers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.
What You’ll Do
Deliver against retention and growth targets across your assigned client portfolio
Build strong, consultative relationships with clients and brokers to understand needs and identify opportunities
Take ownership of day-to-day client servicing, resolving queries and ensuring commitments are met
Proactively identify upsell opportunities and contribute to growth targets
Communicate updates on products, processes, and regulatory changes clearly and effectively
Manage and resolve escalations, ensuring a positive client experience
Maintain accurate records of renewals and client activity in internal systems
What You’ll Bring
Experience in account management or sales, with a focus on client relationships
Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate with a range of stakeholders
Experience delivering customer-focused solutions based on client needs
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Confidence presenting information clearly to clients and partners
Ability to travel as part of the role
