Partner with business, operations, and technology leaders to prioritize investments, accelerate innovation, and deliver measurable outcomes that improve customer, provider, and enterprise experiences.
Establish clear execution frameworks, governance, and accountability mechanisms to ensure predictable delivery, operational resilience, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Portfolio & Financial Planning:
Serve as a key technology leader in portfolio planning, investment strategy, and annual budgeting processes across the Claims and Intelligence Solutions domain.
Partner closely with finance, business, and operations leaders to develop compelling business cases, investment strategies, and value realization plans that align technology investments with enterprise priorities.
Establish governance and performance frameworks to monitor financial performance, benefits realization, cost efficiency, and return on investment across the technology portfolio.
Drive portfolio transparency and accountability through effective planning, forecasting, resource management, and executive reporting processes.
Business & Operations Partnership:
Serve as the senior technology partner to Claims Operations and business leadership, translating strategic business objectives into scalable technology solutions that align with enterprise priorities and long-term business outcomes.
Foster strong partnerships across business and technology organizations to accelerate innovation, improve operational efficiency, and drive measurable business value through technology investments.

Required Qualifications:
15+ years of engineering leadership experience delivering scalable, resilient technology platforms and leading enterprise modernization and transformation initiatives.
