Financial Analysis Senior Advisor
Location: Bloomfield, CT

This Senior Advisor role is a strategic finance position within the Enterprise Operations Finance organization. The role provides financial leadership and controllership oversight for Coverage Review and Enterprise Print and Distribution, as well as enterprise consolidation responsibility for all PBS lines of business within Enterprise Operations. The role ensures strong financial governance, accountability for operating expenses and headcount, and delivers actionable insights to support operational performance and long‑term enterprise objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Financial Leadership and Controllership: provide comprehensive financial leadership and controllership oversight for Coverage Review and Enterprise Print and Distribution, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting, accruals, and controls. Maintain ownership over key financial metrics, reporting, and budgetary controls across assigned areas.
PBS Enterprise Operations Consolidation: Lead financial consolidation and governance for the PBS line of business within Enterprise Operations, ensuring consistent financial treatment, clear visibility into cost drivers, and alignment with enterprise and segment reporting requirements.
Expense and Budget Management: Oversee operating expenses, staffing, forecasting, and planning activities, including monthly and quarterly financial reviews, outlook updates, and budget consolidation for production, enablement, and PBS functions.
Financial Analysis and Insights: Lead financial analysis of business cases, capacity and productivity models, and portfolio spend management. Perform financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning to assess financial impact and recommend value‑creating opportunities.
Strategic Decision Support: Act as a proactive financial advisor by developing scorecards, dashboards, and metrics to guide senior leadership on performance insights and strategic direction. Partner with functional leaders to evaluate trade‑offs and align financial strategy with business objectives.
Process Optimization: Identify and drive process improvement initiatives that enhance reporting efficiency, strengthen financial governance, and streamline data workflows. Provide guidance on automation and modernization of financial processes to improve accuracy and timeliness.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with financial counterparts across segments and Enterprise Operations to ensure alignment and clear understanding of financial allocations impacting P&Ls. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on initiatives focused on modernizing processes, driving operational efficiencies, and enhancing financial transparency.
Qualifications and Critical Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field strongly preferred; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, controllership, or a related discipline, with demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and financial modeling
Proficient in financial tools (Hyperion, OnePlan, Workday) and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Operations experience preferred
