About the Role
You will join the Premium Billing team on a temporary, fixed‑term contract to provide additional support during a busy period. Your role will focus on ensuring invoices are issued accurately, on time, and in line with internal standards, helping maintain smooth and reliable billing operations.
This role operates in a fast‑paced environment where priorities may shift, requiring you to stay organised, respond to deadlines, and consistently follow through on agreed tasks.
What You’ll Do
Help ensure invoices and billing outputs are accurate and delivered within agreed timelines, supporting reliable financial processes
Produce basic billing reports and reconciliations to support team decision‑making and operational tracking
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date billing records and client information in internal systems
Follow established processes and support compliance requirements to reduce risk and maintain data integrity
Manage your workload to meet turnaround times, adjusting priorities as needed to respond to changing demands
Work closely with the team lead and colleagues to ensure work progresses smoothly and issues are resolved promptly
