CLM Business Product Owner Advisor - Express Scripts - Hybrid
Location: St. Louis, MO
The CLM Business Product Owner (BPO) Advisor will be a member of thetechnologyvertical within thePharmacy Benefit Services Operations Advancement Team department supportingEvernorth and its businesses. This teamownsandis responsible forproviding the strategic vision for the overall technology stack (tools and applications) that isutilizedby the business, such as Sales and Account Management, to power theclientbuying journey.From prospecting, RFP,contracting, closing the deal, to implementation.The business product owner will work directly with frontline business users(our customers)to understand business processes andidentifyneeds/requirements. They are then responsible forpartnering with ourtechnology andsoftwareengineering partnersto developand implementa solution.
Thebusiness product ownerrepresentsthe “voice of the customer”,maintaining,and prioritizingincoming requests and the product backlog. Ensuringthe teamis working oninitiatives thatwillthatmaximize business value and deliver necessary fixes and functionality to all customers.
Primary Functions

Key Qualifications
High school diploma required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5 years experience withprogram managementor product owner preferred
Knowledge ofagile methodologypreferred
Proficiency in CLM required
Business, technical and financial acumen preferred
Ability to operate within a fast-paced work environment a plus
Excellent communication (oral and written),facilitationand presentation, skills required
Excellentorganization skillspreferred
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required
Demonstrated problem solving and organization capabilities preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well within an ambiguous environment preferred
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 96,500 - 160,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
