Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
* Support customer service executives in handling banking-related queries.
* Assist with queries related to Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, deposits, and banking services.
* Support ATM/Debit Card, Internet Banking, and Mobile Banking related enquiries.
* Assist with customer requests related to NEFT, RTGS, IMPS and other banking services.
* Support KYC verification and customer documentation processes.
* Handle and track customer complaints and service requests.
* Coordinate with branches and internal departments for issue resolution.
* Follow up on pending customer requests and ensure timely closure.
* Assist with cheque-related and transaction-related enquiries.
