Summary: CIBC US is building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world, seeking talented professionals for their US Risk Technology team. The Production Support Engineer II will support the anti-money laundering platform built using SAS Viya, managing application issues, database support, and cloud computing tasks. Responsibilities: - Application Support – investigate application issues; prioritize incidents based on impact and severity. Identify root causes and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
